Updating service definitions format. THIS IS A BREAKING CHANGE Hopefully, this change will make it easier to remove data on service removal, but also to export and backup service data and to add per-service system users. A few obsolete service definitions have also been updated to the new format. Testing is still incomplete, you may want to wait a few commits before using this.
